Title – Weapons from God

Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. – Ephesians 6:11

When we think of weapons, what do we think of?

I think of my deer rifle; others may have their handgun. The real evil we face needs better weapons for spiritual warfare, as described in the Bible.

 Stand, therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one, and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

Earthly weapons are no match against the evil that attacks our faith.

Real Men put on the full armor as their weapon.

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
