Title: Spiritual Workout
 
The Lord is the Strength of his people, a fortress of salvation for his anointed one. – Psalms 28: 8
 
Be strong, of good courage, do not fear, for your God is the one who goes with you. In the scripture from God. What areas to draw strength from? First, we accept that we are weak; we are human. Daily reading and meditating on God’s word certainly helps my days. Increase your time in prayer. I find starting and ending my day in prayer has paid dividends when I do. Trust and obey God’s word; this will be our strength. Worship, I can’t think of a better way to spend Sunday. Connect with other believers. Be empowered by the Spirit, let the Holy Spirit lead your life.

Rebecca and I have lived in SW Florida since 2018, moving from Valparaiso, IN, where they raised three children, William III, Patrick, and Rachel. Bill and Rebecca have been married for 29 years. I currently work for White Lodging Services, and Rebecca is officially retired from school teaching. As a couple, we attend Cape Vineyard Community Church in Cape Coral, FL. Rebecca and I are very active at Cape Vineyard: Rebecca in children’s ministry, and I in band media and supporting facilities.
My interests include Hunting/Fishing and traveling with Rebecca to visit the children and grandchildren. My happy place is the UP of Michigan, where Rebecca and I share time their now.
